Delaware, the second smallest state in America after Rhoda Island, is the 7th most populous state with a population of 844,000. Delaware’s capital, Dover, is the largest city in Wilmington. The state is located in northern Pennsylvania, east of New Jersey and Atlantic Ocean to the east and Maryland to the east.
